In this session, you will be exposed to a variety of digital content repositories that directly support learner outcomes associated with CC. Finally, you will evaluate at least one selected digital resources.

Learning Outcomes

NCHS and KIPP staff will be able to:
  • Better evaluate the alignment of Information and Technology Essential Standards in selected digital content resources.
  • Better leverage digital content to scaffold students' critical thinking.

Internet Archive - is a non-profit digital library with the stated mission of "universal access to all knowledge". It offers permanent storage and access to collections of digitized materials, including websites, music, moving images, and nearly 3 million public domain books

MEDtropolis- features access to health calculators and the multimedia virtual body tour with drag-and-drop activities.
